**The Role**:
**Based in Pinkenba, this role requires a highly motivated individual and the key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Undertake reactive maintenance on workshop machinery, mobile plant and buildings.
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedule is adhered to and carried out inline with regulatory, manufacturer and lease requirements
- Fabricate and repair various items mainly in steel
- Stocktake spare parts, manage inventory and acquire parts to complete job

**About You**
- Experience with maintenance and repairs of machinery and fixed and mobile plant.
- Welding and general fabrication skills in metal
- Committed to safety and industry standard safety procedures
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Works well in a team as well as independently
- Forklift license highly desirable
