**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the tender submission process from start to finish
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for tenders
- Prepare and submit high-quality tender proposals in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of all tender activities and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process
- Assist in the development of tender strategies and win themes
- Conduct post-tender reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in tender coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry-specific tender processes and requirements is a plus

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Tender Submissions: 5 years (preferred)
- Project Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
