A dynamic and highly reputable Food Manufacturing company located on the fringes of Sydney are seeking an experienced Export Customer Service & Documentation Officer with excellent proven customer management skills to join the team.

**The role will cover some of the following responsibilities**:

- To establish and maintain a high level of customer service with all internal & external customers by ensuring all export logistics moves are promptly actioned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Facilitate, coordinate and oversee all aspects of client's freight and transport requirements ‘end to end’.
- Liaise with internal departments, transport providers, overseas offices and agents
- Build, maintain & manage strong professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Ensure inventory levels are sufficient for current and upcoming export sales orders
- Leading the execution of export shipments ensuring that the generation of all the necessary export documentation required including packing instructions, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, Quality/laboratory analysis certificates etc is done accurately and timely.
- Payment Management; Processing export shipments against Letters of Credit and other payment terms.

**Key Competencies and Skills Required**:

- Previous 3+ years of Export Logistics, Customer Service & Documentation experience essential
- Bulk handling systems, vessel loading, container packing and shipment execution
- Enthusiastic, customer-centric team player who is able to manage one’s self independently
- Flexible and punctual with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Ability to clearly analyse and interpret business requirements.
- Reliability, passion and drive for best practice export sales order management
- Multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities, being able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
