**To be eligible you’ll need to**:

- Have **NDIS funding**
- Receive the **Disability Support Pension (DSP)**
- Hold the right to work in Australia
- Be available to work **multiple shifts per week** (Shifts available from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 7.00am to 3.00pm)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Preparing and serving **coffee and drinks**
- Preparing and **cooking menu food**
- **Friendly service of customers** including taking orders and using the register
- Supporting **daily café operations** such as cleaning and restocking
- Working as part of a **fun, inclusive team** in a real café environment

**What we’re looking for**:

- People with **lived experience of disability**
- A **positive attitude** and willingness to learn
- **Good communication skills** and ability to work with others
- Ability to follow **Workplace, Health and Safety** processes
- An interest in **coffee, food, and customer service**

(Previous hospitality experience is great, but not essential)
