Executive Assistant

ChoiceOne is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our client who is a long established, privately owned boutique Finance provider operating in a specialised environment.

This is a unique role. It is not high end corporate but rather a small professional office located in the Inner Perth Northern suburbs. When work is on it's on which may occasionally mean a lost Saturday or Sunday or even a call after hours but you will take that call because your input will contribute to the effective performance of the business. This business also cares for you, need some time off, well take it off. You are in charge of your work load, we know you will have it done.

The position. Well some of the duties will include;
- Completion of contracts, associated documents and letters
- Accounts entry of payments using Zero software
- Assist with research and completion of due diligence on security property
- Maintain in-house work flow system
- Idea creation to help grow the business

- Diligent, bordering on pedantic with an incredible eye for detail
- Calmness and a professional demeanor with a sense of humour
- Total team player - no job too big or small
- Previous finance/property experience is not essential but it may help
- We know you will have super software skills
