**Requirements**:
**What you'll do**:

- Lead and coordinate IT service delivery, taking ownership of day-to-day technology issues and engaging with client site leadership to keep them informed.
- Build personable relationships with end-users, seeking feedback and continuously improving service.
- Present monthly IT operations reports and ensure documentation, processes, and procedures are always up to date.
- Identify gaps where no process exists and collaborate with colleagues to design and implement improvements.
- Support IT operations across offices, including meeting room technology checks, event technology, new office/AV/Internet setups, and hardware/software management.
- Manage IT hardware ordering, software licensing, and quote approvals in consultation with relevant teams.
- Partner with People & Culture to deliver end-to-end employee technology lifecycle, from onboarding and workstation setup to offboarding.
- Mentor junior team members and assist the Operations team with IT-related projects and initiatives.

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in Desktop Support role
- Strong network knowledge
- Strong Windows 10 and 11 knowledge
- Experience with Remote Desktop Servers
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019
- Experience presenting reports and issues to management.
- A positive mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Willingness to learn technology solutions and concepts to confidently liaise with staff and external vendors.
- Experience presenting to management teams.
- Experience in A/V Hardware and Systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
