Our Federal Government Client is seeking a **Program Management Specialist** to establish and embed a digital reform Business Assurance function for the Client's ICT portfolio.

The ICT Strategy and Assurance branch seeks build a team of people to establish and embed a digital reform Business Assurance function for the ICT portfolio. They will be engaged to assist in delivering one or more of the following elements:

- Oversee and perform assurance activities on the ICT program of work to support the strategic direction of the Aged Care Transformation Program.
- Creating and operating strategies and frameworks for business assurance activities, including an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee funding and sustainable services.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure business assurance goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analysing program risks and issues and identifying mitigation strategies.

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, sound judgement and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to document complex and/or technical information in a way that is relevant to the audience.
- Strong self-management, organisation, and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines

**To be successful in this role you should have**:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Program Management concepts and structures.
- Suitable approach to delivering the services requested by the Department's goals.
- Experience with engagement, collaboration, and planning functions across aged care and/or healthcare sector.
- Work as a team with the Department of Health, delivery partners and the Department's key stakeholders.
