DSV Air & Sea in Melbourne are currently seeking an Import Air Operator With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.
**What you will be responsible for**:
- Ensure Import Air consignments are processed to meet customer expectations and designated KPIs
- Uphold customer service excellence
- Plan and prioritize Import shipments from the Import Workbench in order to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs and deadlines
- Ability to problem solve Import air issues with a range of stakeholders including but not to limited: airlines, Cargo Terminal Operators, transport providers, co-loaders
- Work together with Import air team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
**About you**:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Import air freight forwarding environment
- CargoWise One experience is Essential
- Ability to deal with internal and external 3PL providers
- Valid Dangerous Goods accreditation or experience necessary
