Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a background in community support and manual handling? We're looking for a reliable Support Worker to assist an elderly gentleman with personal care and transfers in Semaphore, SA.

**Role Overview**:
Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential evening assistance to an elderly gentleman, ensuring his comfort and well-being. Your key duties will include:

- Assisting with personal care tasks
- Supporting transfers and mobility
- Providing companionship and ensuring safety

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Proficiency in manual handling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- A caring and respectful attitude

**Mandatory**:

- Certificate III Disability (or equivalent)
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
- Current Working with Children Check
- Infection control
- NDIS 'Worker Orientation' Module
- NDIS 'Supporting Effective Communication' Module
- Manual Handling Certificate

**Pay Rates**:

- Day: $36.25 - $37.50
- Afternoon: $39.87 per hour
- Saturday: $50.75 per hour
- Sunday: $65.25.00 per hour
