**Skills and Responsibilities**
- Installs of Doors and windows
- Fixing of shelves and Cabinets
- Waterproofing and protective coatings
- General Maintenance and repairs
- Crack injections and commercial patching/plastering
- Demolition and clean up
- Basic carpentry work
- Must be able to work without supervision, either work independently or on a team.
- Have a strong focus on safety and adhere to site safety requirements.
- Be punctual, reliable and results driven

**Qualifications**
- White Card
- Full Set of Tools
- Own Transportation (daily vehicle allowance provided)
- Drivers License
- Certificate III Carpentry (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (preferred)
- Elevator Work Platform (EWP - to work on boom lift preferred)
- Heavy Rig (HR) license preferred
- First Aid Preferred
- Confined Spaces preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour
