Sales Trainee

The successful applicant will live in the Gold Coast region and receive personalized, ‘on the job’ training. You will be expected to set appointments locally and be accompanied on all meetings initially until comfortable with the value proposition of the business. Once you have local sales activity, the role can expand to a more national reach. It’s up to you

If you’re good at opening the door in a business-to-business environment you _will_ succeed in this role.

Please note, the commission component of the package is uncapped with the successful applicant expected to earn well above $100K per annum.

The successful applicant will have a great attitude and possess the following skills:

- A passion for success

- Be a self motivated individual with great communication skills
- Quick learner able to pick up the use of CRM software
- Good knowledge and capability in MS Office suite
- Have a high level of numeracy which is key to the calculation of finance models
- Present well as the role will be predominantly customer facing
- Have their own reliable transport

Pay: From $45,064.14 per year
