**About us**

M L Olsen Construction is a residential construction family owned business that works hard to ensure a good environment for our employees and create extensions and renovations for our Clients on the North Shore of Sydney.

**The Role**

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Construction Driver to keep our sites running. You will be able to work unsupervised ensuring the flow of goods to site.

Attitude and Work ethic is the most important trait.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Loading and dispatching materials to site
- Towing site trailer with Mazda BT 50 Ute
- Purchasing materials for site
- Communication between Foreman and Office
- General Warehouse, cleaning site. duties include delivery of materials.
- Managing stock control
- Yard duties, mowing etc.
- possibly some handyman/labouring activities
- Current Drivers License (required)
- Work cover approved White Card (required)
- Understanding of Work, Health and Safety (preferred)
- General knowledge of building materials and products (preferred)
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work
- Strong communication, listening and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Honest in all dealings of time and money
- Understanding of machinery / power tools

Salary Package:

- Circa $60K + Superannuation
