**About The Role**
This position is responsible for the development, delivery, review and continuous improvement of Emergency Management and Business Continuity training and exercises. Basic data analysis and reporting of emergency code incidents and training compliance is also required. Risk assessment and audit are other functions inherent in this role.
This is a two day a week position working in a job-share arrangement, to provide long service leave cover for the incumbent as they transition to retirement over the next two years. There may also be the opportunity for an ongoing part or full-time position at the end of this period.
You will be supported with on the job training and further skills development, and access to a range of in-house learning portals.
Flexible working conditions are available, with the opportunity to combine travel across sites with work from home.
**About You**
You may already be involved in some training or quality improvement function in your current clinical or non-clinical role or have a desire to develop your skills in this area. You are interested in Emergency Management and have other skill-sets that demonstrate your enthusiasm, communication skills, adaptability and ability to be a quick and willing learner.

**What You Need**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or similar) an advantage
- Interest in Emergency Management and Business Continuity
- Interest and or experience in quality improvement an advantage
- Strong computer skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Current full Victorian driver's license
- Australian working rights
