We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dogman / Civil Labourer.
As a Dogman, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement and placement of heavy construction materials using cranes and hoists. Additionally, you will perform general labor duties to support various construction activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Safely operate cranes and hoists to move and position construction materials, equipment, and supplies on the job site.
Communicate effectively with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
Rig loads properly and attach them to cranes or hoists using appropriate slings, chains, or other lifting devices.
Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Assist with general labor tasks such as digging trenches, compacting soil, and assisting other trades on the job site.
Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Follow instructions from supervisors and carry out assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Dogman or in a similar role within the civil construction industry.
Valid Dogman license/certification.
Familiarity with different types of cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to material handling.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
