**About the Position**:
As the Zero Waste Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic waste education and engagement programs. You’ll drive behaviour change initiatives that support recycling, waste avoidance, and circular economy participation across Monash.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and strategic programs
- Strong understanding of waste avoidance, recycling, and circular economy principles
- Experience designing and delivering inclusive community engagement initiatives
- Contract and budget management skills across multiple programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and foster collaboration

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
- Satisfactory National Police Check
