As a result of recent growth, the Finance Director is looking to bring on board a new Accounts Payable Officer to join finance team.
The Accounts Payable Officer will join the small finance team, who enjoy collaboration and team work. Taking on the full function AP process, this position will engage and partnering with stakeholders including colleagues and suppliers. Over time, the AP Officer will grow and develop within the finance team and be involved in several interesting business projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review, validate and process invoices
- Prepare weekly payment schedule
- Process local creditor payments weekly
- Process foreign currency overseas supplier payments weekly
- Resolve queries from incoming calls
- Reconciling Supplier Accounts & Payments
- Managing and reconciling company credit cards
This great opportunity suits an Accounts Payable Officer with a minimum of 1 years' experience in accounts payable role. You will be motivated by professional development, working in an inclusive and friendly team, and thrive off problem solving and finding solutions to processes/systems.
