**Role Description/Criteria**
The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

- use data to plan effective learning and teaching in Maths and Literacy,
- abliity to facilitate student learning using evidence based learning practises,
- demonstrate a commitment to and understanding of contemporary learning and teaching,
- highly effective use of digital technologies to engage students and improve student outcomes,
- an ability to help build and contribute to a positive team environment,
- a commitment to building positive relationships with students, parents and staff,
- a high level of interpersonal skills with colleagues, parents and students
- work in partnership with parents to support the wellbeing and learning of all at our school,
- a strong commitment to student wellbeing and child safety,
- a sound knowledge and commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education,
- strive for excellence through collaboration, communication and feedback.
The applicant must:
- Demonstrate a commitment to the ethos and practice of the Catholic School.
- Have current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education is desirable.
