**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are on the lookout for an amazing Retail Store Manager to take our store in **Southland **to the next level. This is a premium large format store, located in the fashion hub of the newly refurbished centre. This high performing store needs a high performing manager, and offers opportunity for growth and elevation in the DECJUBA business. **About The Role**

As a Store Manager at DECJUBA, you will
- Deliver #AMAZING customer experiences
- Develop your team by coaching and leading from the front
- Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of new team members
- Implement and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards
- Oversee store operations including stock management and inventory processes
- Complete monthly rosters and ensure they are costed within hours budget.

- Great mentoring skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- Passionate about fashion, styling and current trends, with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Thrive in a busy, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
