**Job Summary**
- All classes are conducted online.
- Planning, preparing and delivering English lessons (writing, comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary etc) to groups of students or individual students in primary school and/or secondary school
- Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the students
- Assigning, correcting and grading homework assignments, tests and quizzes online
- Minimal preparation is required, as most of teaching materials will be provided, including teaching guidelines, parts of student homework and test paper.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Required Skills and Experience:

- Excellent understanding of selective school test, selective class/OC and scholarship test
- A minimum of 1 year working as a teacher or tutor in English
- Native speaker of English
- Demonstrated classroom strategies including behavioural management and lesson planning
- Ability to support students through differentiation to meet individual learning needs
- Excellent collaborative skills, including the ability to work with parents, students and colleagues
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for teaching
- A responsible team player
- Working With Children Check

Desirable:

- A qualified teacher OR process/be currently working towards a relevant teaching qualification in primary/ secondary education OR Certificate III/ IV in Education Support OR a bachelor degree/higher degree in English
