- Remuneration: $33.47 - $46.88 p/hr (dependent on experience) + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

**Your part in our BlueCare team**- You will provide our clients with Social Worker services with specialist advice and clinical services to improve their quality of life and well-being- This includes developing and implementing treatment & intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events and education & support for clients and carers.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.- Come join one of the

***You’ll have a genuine passion for supporting people with a desire to lead exceptional outcomes for your clients. Previous experience in a health or aged care context is highly desirable. You’ll also have**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work
- Registration with relevant professional body is desirable - Australian Association of Social Workers
- Previous experience within an Aged Care or Acute setting (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy registered vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
