**About the Role**

We are looking for passionate and motivated food and customer service champions to join our store.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Delivering high quality service to all customers, following our service steps including up-selling
- Maintaining site standards
- including cleanliness, merchandising and promotion;
- Ensuring our cabinets are always full of fresh quality products;
- Fulfilling online orders whilst looking after customers in the shop;
- Following all safety requirements inside and on the forecourt, with due diligence;
- Undertaking scheduled training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning;
- Following all store operating procedures and standards;
- Contribute to achieving the goals and targets of the site;
- Supporting the Store manager and store owner in resolving any audit issues.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous customer-service experience, preferably in service station (Petrol Station).
- Minimum experience needed 6 months.
- Background working in the food/hospitality industry, fast food experience an added plus.
- MUST have kitchen experience in making burgers, sandwiches, wraps, cooking hot food.
- Positive energy and great attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Sound communication and inter personal skills
- Availability to work in shift / roaster based including night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
