**The Role**
Reporting to the Managing Director - Phriendly Phishing, this newly created opportunity is a key role of the PH2 leadership team.

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing and implementing strategies to win and increase the sales of Phriendly Phishing within the Mid-Market segment across the AU/NZ region.

The role also assists in building and promoting the Phriendly Phishing profile and brand within the marketplace.

As a people leader, you will lead out a team of successful and ambitious Mid-Market Business Development Managers & Sales Specialists coupled with (but not limited to):

- Responsibility for operational management
- Onboarding, and training new team members
- Increasing team capability by undertaking performance development activities and providing regular feedback on progress against targets
- Accountable for meeting all quarterly/yearly targets, and for meeting the team targets
- Develop and deliver strategies for business growth of the Phriendly Phishing business
- Expand the Phriendly Phishing product reach across the AU/NZ region, as per the Phriendly Phishing strategy
- Research and identify opportunities for existing, new, and potential customers including accurate and timely forecasting and reporting and active pipeline management

**About you**
You are a driven and achievement-oriented individual who is customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.

You bring several years of experience in a Sales role preferably in a SaaS, Education or Technology environment and ideally 3 years of proven experience leading a team to deliver outcomes for customers.

Additionally, you will also possess:

- High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levels
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work to achieve win-win outcomes
- The ability to self-motivate and work autonomously to meet or exceed targets
- The ability to build a shared understanding of, and commitment to, CyberCX’s purpose, values and agreed processes and practice
- Excellent time and priority management skills
- Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
