**Key responsibilities as a Lending Specialist**
- Contribute to the achievement of goals
- Focus on growing home loan and consumer lending portfolio
- Proactively identify and build referral networks
- Build and retain relationships with customers
- Maintain technical knowledge of the organisation's product ranges
- Account and member maintenance
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Lending and Retail banking
- Qualifications in finance and mortgage brokering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- High level of computer literacy
