***About you**:
You are a highly organised energetic and self-motivated individual - someone who can manage their time, follow the activities plans and directions and facilitate the activities as well as be flexible and supportive to the team. You will be able to develop and maintain good resident and your team relationships for wellbeing and lifestyle of our residents. You'll have a high level of teamwork with colleagues and have empathy and compassion too.

Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
- Food Safety Certificate
- An understanding of the Aged Care Standards, accreditation, continuous improvement and ANACC requirements.
