Delivery Driver

Coordinate & manage deliveries to trade customers; build strong relationships through sales & high service standards; customer facing role._

**About the role**:
Our **Driver’s** typical day isn’t just driving and delivering parts, they play a key role in our branch teams. Driver’s build strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer facing role.

**Duties include**:

- Coordinate and manage deliveries
- ** Ensure a safe work environment**:

- ** Safe driving behaviours**:

- Deliver high level customer service
- Build strong customer bonds
- ** Safely** deliver parts & products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
- Actively promote products & marketing activities when delivering products
- Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, customer enquiries

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency
- Customer service mindset; can build strong customer relationships
- Friendly and knowledgeable
- Comfort working independently
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
- Conscious of **workplace safety** always
- Ongoing commitment to **safe driving practices**:

- Hold a current/valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
- Available Mon - Fri and flexible to work other days if requested
