**Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu** **UTE** are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Data Analyst** to join our team.

**The Role**:

- Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of data from diverse sources, including sales records, customer information, market trends, and online platforms.
- Analyse data using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and advanced analytics tools to uncover insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and proactively provide data-driven solutions to improve processes and drive business growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, market segmentation, pricing, inventory, and sales performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and support ongoing projects as required.

**You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modelling, and visualisation techniques.
- Experience with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
