Supervisor - Tfn

**The opportunity**

Energy & Utilities have an opportunity available for an experienced **Supervisor**to join the Telecommunications & Metering team supporting the Telstra Fixed Networks (TFN) contract.

Reporting into the Superintendent you will be based in our Underdale office however this is a field-based role and requires travel to multiple site locations, therefore a Tool of Trade Vehicle will be provided.

**What you’ll do**- Own the operational and administrative supervision of our contractors, site works and public interface.- Ensure compliance to the contract in line with the Downer Standard.- Lead, support and implement Downers Zero Harm strategy and processes across the entire contract.

**What we’re looking for**- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure work environment with constantly changing and competing priorities within tight deadlines.- In depth knowledge of Telstra SORs preferred.- A sound understanding of productivity requirements for network construction.- Strong knowledge of client network (Telstra & NBN) is advantageous.- Knowledge of client WIS and Construction Methodology.
