**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting flexible hybrid-working opportunity for a current HR student to join our team on a short-term casual basis. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organised, reliable and trustworthy. This position will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting our People Services and Experience team in a purpose-driven organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Records filing (including hard copy and soft copy reviews)
- Quality assurance check and updates to the LMS (Learning Management System)
- Coordination support for events and training
- Cross-checking HRIS with employee individual development plans and support in the review of these plans
- Uploading photos and file tags to our Digital Asset Management system
- Create welcome packs for new starters
- Exit interview analysis

**About You**
- Ideally you will be currently studying a HR or business-related degree, with an interest in growing your HR career
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- A positive "can do" attitude, and ability to multi-task
- Confidence to autonomously operate technological systems (e.g. MS Office Package -specifically Word, Excel, Outlook; and HRIS) and intermediate computer skills
