Sustainability Advisor

The North East Link project is Melbourne’s largest project is inviting motivated and innovative Sustainability Advisor to be a part of our Sustainability Team.

The key focus of the Sustainability Advisor is to be managing the projects’ sustainability strategy.

**This role will be accountable for**:

- Proven project experience with responsibilities for project management, client delivery and industry development
- Great track record in communication skills and comfortably building strong and trusting relationships with the clients and delivery teams
- Demonstrated experience in implementing sustainability for multinational companies in the construction industry is preferable
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Proven to be self-motivated, resilient, as well as an excellent communicator and collaborator that able to shape and deliver message to executive level and facilitating effective client engagements
- Continuous development, implementation and monitoring of sustainability strategies and actions plans
- Assessing government requirements in managing sustainability aspects and impacts of the project
- Develop the construction plans focusing on sustainability element best practices by provide mentoring, training and guidance to all level of stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in sustainability, human rights, engineering, earth science, or natural resource management
- Have 4+ years of experience in relevant disciplines
- Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
- Excellent awareness with strong viewpoint toward sustainability
- Passionate and take pride in your work, able to drive and make changes including sharing the values of the organisation
