You will be responsible for providing clinical and non-clinical support to ensure the smooth running of the Physiotherapy Department. You will be involved in providing assistance for both land-based and aquatic physiotherapy across all teams of the Physiotherapy Department. Preferred days of work are Monday and Wednesday. Classification for this position is IN30 (FTE base salary $65,754 per annum, plus superannuation). **What you'll achieve**: - Assist physiotherapists in providing assessment and treatment sessions across both the aquatic and land-based environments - Organise and maintain efficient day-to-day operation of the hospital pool, including direct patient assistance - Manage physiotherapy department equipment and consumables and liaise with other hospital staff as required when repair or replacement is required - Assist with clincial administrative tasks to support efficient patient workflow within the hospital system **Your skills and experience**: - Certificate IV - Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent qualification - Previous experience working with patients in hospital or healthcare environments - Experience working or interacting with children and adolescents - Water confidence If this sounds like you, click **here** to view the position description. **About the Department** The Physiotherapy Department is a vibrant community of individuals who share a commitment to ongoing learning and partnering with families in the provision of evidence-based care.
