**The Role**
HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our Teams daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our HR processes, including coordination and administration of onboarding activities for all new starters including preparing contracts and letters, pre-onboarding employment checks and paperwork. HR Administrator will assist in overseeing employee lifecycle activities and documentation including employment variations, secondments, and terminations. HR Administrator will provide support to our leaders, and employees on general enquiries through the HR inbox and data entry into HRIS, ensuring data integrity.
**Key Duties**
- Provide support and administrative assistance to the Line Managers relating to recruitment, pre screening, booking interviews and training activities and relevant projects.
- Assist with the on boarding process from offer acceptance and contract generation to commencement, ensuring all relevant checks and induction materials are completed.
- Provide administration of forms, templates and standard letters required.
- Initiate action procedures for Probation Assessments, New Staters, Position changes, Contract Variations and Termination Checklists.
- Supporting the coordination of reporting obligations for the Portfolio including performance reporting requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining sound HR records, Trackers and filing in a manner which is easily understood and contains all relevant information ready in the case that it is called upon for legal reasons.
- Assist with drafting, formatting policy and procedures documents.
- Coordinate company people and culture events/workshops/trainings/seminars.
- Communicate with external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of internal documentation.
- Adhoc WH&S and HR Administration duties, as required, commensurate with the role.
**Selection Criteria**
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
- Thorough knowledge of labor relations and laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with relevant software systems i.e. Microsoft office, outlook etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
