**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**:Hawthorn, VIC

**Salary**:$35-40 per hour + Super + paid leave (depending on experience/duties)

**Schedule**:Mondays - Fridays, 12pm-6pm (somewhat flexible, and ability to work full days in school holidays would be great)

**Children**:10 year old, 12 year old, and 14 year old

**Start date**:June.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence and own car
- Experience working in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This family is seeking someone who can strike a balance between forming a good relationship with the children and understanding their growing independence. Help with getting to and from school and other activities is the number one priority, so applicants must be comfortable driving children in their own car (mileage will be reimbursed).
- meal planning and cooking
- laundry
- shopping and errands
- supporting the family with keeping the home tidy and organised
- The family currently have cleaners but the Nanager is welcome to take over that role if desired.

The right person for this role will be reliable, with great communication skills and a can-do attitude, able to engage positively and professionally with the children.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents work full-time but are very mindful of their children's needs and value the support of the nannies they've previously had. The children each have their own interests and are appreciative and kind.

The family is caring and active, and enjoy spending time together. They value honesty and open communication. The family also has one cat.
