**With Love Property Maintenance** is looking for a passionate and reliable **Horticulturist** to join our growing team

**About the Role**

We're seeking someone with hands-on experience in:

- Garden maintenance & planting
- Lawn care & mowing
- Soft landscaping
- Hedging, pruning, and seasonal tasks

You’ll work on a variety of beautiful **residential gardens and holiday homes** across the Southern Highlands. Some jobs will be solo, others with a small team — so being able to work independently **and** collaborate is a must.

**You’ll Need**
- Horticulture or gardening experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- A **full driver’s licence** and **confidence towing a trailer**:

- Ability to work **autonomously and as part of a team**:

- A strong **eye for detail** and pride in your work
- Reliability, good communication, and a proactive attitude

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
