We require an experienced ICT manager to join our leadership team and drive our business transformation and business as usual ICT team.

Working in a fast-paced transactional environment, you will be required to lead a small internal team focused on maintenance of the ICT assets, completion of internal development projects to enhance the current ICT landscape, manage external service providers and driver the implementation of new ERP solutions.

Key to this role is your deep understanding of ICT management including ITIL, Prince2, Agile and the software development lifecycle.

Professional ICT qualifications demonstrated experience in ICY project management and systems implementation and reporting, and expertise in business analysis is mandatory for this role.

To be considered for this role it is desirable you can demonstrate:

- Understand the key business processes in a FMCG transport and distribution business
- Have a deep knowledge of ICT management and Business Intelligence Analysis
- Have a high level of behavioral flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a solid grounding in ICT management
- The ability to lead a small team
- Good communication skills and ability to work with external ICT service providers and consultants
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have your own transport
- Willing to undertake flexible working hours if required
