**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personal care support (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing)
- Meal preparation and light meal assistance
- Household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Assistance with shopping and grocery runs
- Transport and support to attend appointments and community activities
- Building rapport and promoting the participant’s goals and routines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (NDIS experience preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (current within 12 months)
- First Aid and CPR certificate (current)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with insurance (if providing transport)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centred and respectful care

**Desirable**:

- Manual Handling or Mental Health First Aid training
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

**Availability**:
Flexible availability preferred, with potential for weekday and occasional weekend shifts.
