Head Barista

Responsibilities of the role:
Head Barista Full-time salary position of 38 hours available and must be able to work weekends as well as be punctual with start times.

Must possess at least 1 year barista experience, coffee knowledge and ability to provide barista training to staff. Must be confident with dialling in, adjusting grind size and texturing milks. Food preparation experience is not necessary but is preferred.

Back of house assistance also required with preparing basic food such as toasties.

Must be able to supervise and train other staff, manage shifts while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness, investigate and resolve complaints concerning quality and service, ensure positive guest service in all areas.

Required to perform daily inventory checks to ensure maintenance of stocks, correct any operational inconsistency, orders and maintains acceptable par stock level, manage daily operations of the outlet and maintain quality standard of services

The Head Barista supervises to ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets, manage shifts while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness, formulate standard operating procedures and training manuals.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
