**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a team over time

- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a team environment
- Common sense and ability to handle disappointments and celebrate wins

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and place medical and legal professionals in permanent roles
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Participate in team events and activities
