**About the role**

As the Infrastructure Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Pre-Contracts Team and manage the end-to-end bid process across our Infrastructure portfolio. You will identify and manage new strategic projects and opportunities from qualification through to contract award and develop and drive strategies to deliver winning tenders.

You will be working across a national portfolio, so we are happy for this role to be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

**About you**

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager with a strong background in civil construction, particularly in bridges and roads (experience working on rail projects would be advantageous), ideally complemented by your onsite construction experience. You will also be a natural problem solver and creative thinker who excels in an environment that fosters and celebrates innovative approaches to tackling complex engineering / construction challenges.
