**What you’ll do**:
**Lead & Inspire**: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Drive Success**: Set the standard for excellence, ensuring your store meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Operational Excellence**: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.

**Customer Focus**: Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.

**Grow & Develop**: Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.

**Implement & Adhere to Policies**: Efficiently implement and uphold business procedures and policies to maintain operational consistency and compliance.

**Leadership experience**: A proven leader who can bring out the best in their team.

**Retail expertise**: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.

**Sales-driven**: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Customer-focused**: Someone who understands the importance of a great customer experience.

**Team player**: Collaborative and ready to support your team every step of the way.
