- Full-Time Qualified Horticulturists/Gardeners

Have the opportunity to work on Melbourne's top high end gardens with the team and watch them evolve

With over 10 years in the industry I am eager to share my knowledge and skills that I have acquired over the years. Employees who demonstrate leadership roles and have strong work ethics will be rewarded with a company vehicle.
- Gardening or Landscaping experience/qualifications
- Excellent Horticultural knowledge
- Current Driver's License (manual preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Excellent communication skills and presents themselves professionally
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and grow with the business

**Things we do**:

- Garden Maintenance
- Soft Landscaping
- Garden Designing
- Turf Installation
- Irrigation Installation
- Paving
- Retaining Walls
- Garden Renovations

**Salary**: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Gardening/Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
