**About the Role**
We are currently looking for casual, energetic and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our **individual and outreach/community access programs & SIL** across the Central Coast.
This rewarding position within a positive, strengths based and person-centered service will see you support individuals living with a disability to reach their potential and achieve their goals.

**Position Requirements**
- Experience in Aged Care or Disability Support Work
- A strong understanding of the issues involved in working with people with a disability (intellectual, physical or multiple) and a commitment to social justice;
- Competence in developing and/or working within the framework of Individual Plans;
- Completion of a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid certificate and valid driver’s licence.
