Due to unprecedented growth and current industry demand, a position is available for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join their Brisbane team in key support role. You will be methodical and detailed in your approach, whilst providing uncompromised customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

- Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient management of enquiries.
- Establish and maintain rapport and long-term sustainable partnerships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Prompt attention to quote and rate requests.
- Receive booking requests, order management, generate reports as per customer requirements.
- Liaison with airline, shipping lines, agencies, and other relevant parties to request rate and service information.
- Liaison with internal departments to monitor shipment coordination and ensure timeframes are met.
- Maintaining rate schedules and client records.
- Problem solve, promptly resolving any issues as they arise.
