**About the opportunity**:
**_ 1 x Full Time Dental Assistant to work Monday to Friday. No weekends_**

**_ 1 x Full Time Receptionist to work at our neighbouring practice Face Value Dental across Monday to Friday. No weekends_**

**As a Dental Assistant or Receptionist in our practice you will**:

- Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation
- Maintain infection control standards and procedures
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**What you'll bring as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist**:

- Ideally **6+ months** experience in Australia as a Dental Assistant or Medical receptionist preferred
- Current Working With Children’s Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain one
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded, although not essential - and you'll be compensated with the pay to match your experience level
- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
- Strong customer care focus. It is a very busy practice and time management will be crucial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Maturity and reliability
- Passionate about customer service/patient care
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
