We're seeking a charismatic and focused individual to join our team as a Chocolate Connoisseur. This unique role is not your typical food and beverage attendant position. As our Chocolate Connoisseur, you will be the face of our cafe, engaging our customers with your enthusiasm, charm, and extensive knowledge of our chocolate offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Communicate effectively the intricacies of our chocolate products, making personalized recommendations that cater to the tastes and preferences of each customer.
- Provide excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain a deep and current knowledge of our chocolate menu to be the expert guide our customers need.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, with a focus on high-quality execution.
**Key Qualifications**
- Passion for chocolate; previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- A knack for creating memorable customer experiences.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midland, WA 6056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
