**Vaughan Civil are looking for a Civil Apprentice to join the team**

Vaughan Civil Pty Ltd is a privately owned medium sized Civil Engineering Construction Company. Our client base includes central government, local authorities and private sector organisation. Do you have an interest in civil construction? This is an exciting opportunity. The apprenticeship/Traineeship is based in Brisbane QLD working with a supportive and inclusive team.

**Duties may include -**
- Carry out measurements and calculations.
- Conduct plant and machinery operations.
- Read and interpret plans and job specifications and communicate with team.
- Carry out manual excavations and operate small plant equipment.
- Identify and locate underground services.
- Strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
- Safely dispose of non-toxic materials.
- Conduct roller operations and spread and compact materials manually.
- General physical labour.

**About you -**
- Have a genuine passion for Civil Construction.
- Be committed to undertaking a apprenticeship.
- Possess a driver’s licence.
- Must be willing to undertake drug and alcohol testing.
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude is essential
- Strong team player with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
- Obtain a white card.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,376.56 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Morningside, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
