Looking for a hospitality job that doesn't require Public Holiday shifts AND allows time off at Christmas and Easter?

In this exciting position you will be an integral part of our Little Mountain Campus Café. We are a hardworking, outgoing team striving to deliver only the highest quality food and coffee alongside the best customer service.

Your responsibilities include making and serving consistent quality coffee with a great attitude. You will also greet customers, take orders utilising a POS system, stocktake and order, provide table service, assist with functions, keep the café clean and open and close the café. A key part of the role is to be consistently welcoming and to help to build community with seniors living residents and staff, members of the general public and our Aquatic Centre patrons.

This role will be casual and the shifts will include Monday to Sunday shifts.

The cafe is part of our Seniors Living campus, however it is open to the public and not inside the Aged Care facility. If you are looking for a rewarding role that has a positive impact on the community, this might be the right opportunity for you.

**What you can bring to the team**

You are passionate about customer service and providing a perfect café experience to our customers. With a friendly and outgoing personality, you’re not afraid go the extra mile to make someone’s day. You will be available for a variety shifts over a 7-day roster including the occasional night and weekend shift.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience as a barista in a café setting;
- Certificate II in Hospitality - desirable but not essential;
- Current police certificate or the ability to acquire.
- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are required to be vaccinated for Covid-19. As part of the recruitment processes we ask that you provide evidence that your vaccination meets the requirements of Churches of Christ policy or the applicable public health direction_
