**The Opportunity**:
As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.

You'll also play a key role in:

- Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI’s and promote Sephora’s values
- Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
- To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
- To always energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment

- ** Creating Amazing Customer Experience.** Lead your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client experience.

- ** Developing Sales and Budget Strategies.** Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitably and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.
- ** Enhancing Our Culture.** Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
- ** Maintaing Results.** We love to keep an eye on the KPIs that drive our business. Core metrics help us measure performance, improve, and achieve our vision of being the most loved beauty community. You'll also monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.

**We would love to hear from you if**:

- You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
- You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
- You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
- You have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees
- You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
- You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
