Receptionist - Coastal Orthodontics

Coastal Orthodontics in Tweed Heads is a contemporary orthodontic practice offering specialised services in a warm, friendly, and relaxed environment.

We are on the hunt for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays - approx 34 hours a week
**Job Description** What You'll Do**:

- Patient Care - provide outstanding care to our patients
- Responsible for appropriate appointment scheduling
- Tending to patients needs in relation to appointments, medical letters, finances and reporting
- Completing admin tasks in a timely manner
- Effectively fulfilling admin requirements delegated from clinicians/senior team members
