Active Tree Services are seeking to grow the team in the Hume region of regional Victoria with a qualified and experienced Vegetation Scoper/Inspectors.
**The Role**:
You will be responsible for inspections of spans to determine the state of vegetation within clearance and management zones near powerlines. You will need to manage compliance, audit vegetation, and accurately record all relevant information to assist our cutting crews. This is an opportunity to work outdoors, using well-maintained equipment and state of the art technology. Opportunities for a hybrid role including work “on the tool” if/when required, this could include groundwork, EWP, or chipping operations.

**Do you have?**
- Arboricultural knowledge of local tree species, tree maintenance and tree removal (Cert III or higher is preferred)
- Experience in utility vegetation management with ESI training is preferred, but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to effectively engage with customers
- Technologically savvy with the ability to use tablets, windows, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information and work autonomously
- A current and unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Open to the possibility of travel and working away from home
