**About the role**:
Based at the Keystone Centre at Woodridge, our Bridges Reconnect program provides support to young people between the ages of 12 and 18 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our dedicated staff within our mental health and disability programs. Reporting to the Coordinator, your focus will be on achieving outcomes that truly make a difference. In this role, you will:

- Collaboratively ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the service.
- Supervise and guide team members in their daily activities.
- Contribute to staff recruitment and performance appraisal processes.
- Participate in client assessments to ensure their needs are met.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in handling complex caseloads, serving as a mentor to staff when needed.
- Contribute to the development of service delivery documents.
- Represent the service at relevant forums, advocating for our mission and values.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality service delivery frameworks that deliver tangible outcomes.

**This position is Part time - 40 hours per fortnight.**

**About you**:
To excel in this role and make a lasting impact, you will possess a tertiary qualification in Human Services delivery and/or have significant experience in a similar capacity. In addition to this skill set, you will demonstrate:

- A deep understanding of complex case management, allowing you to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Extensive experience in delivering services, with a track record of achieving meaningful outcomes for individuals and communities.
- A current Australian driver's license, enabling you to support clients across various locations.
- Compliance with the screening requirements of the Disability Services Act 2006 for non-government service providers.
